What is an EHCP?

An education, health, and care plan (EHCP) plan is a legally binding document showing your special educational, health, and social care needs. The document must list all your special educational needs and provisions to meet each of the needs. The provisions must be specific, detailed, and quantifiable. The plan also names the school/college which is to provide the provisions.
