Join the SENDIAS Service for an informative virtual webinar designed to support families and professionals navigating the SEND system.

This session will focus on School Transition including: 

• understanding what transitions are and when they happen
• recognising the impact of transitions on children and young people
• developing practical ideas and strategies to support with transitions.

These online sessions are open to parents and carers of children with SEND, as well as education and health professionals working in the field.
