Slough Borough Council are excited to invite parents, carers and members of the wider Slough community to help shape a new Parent Carer Forum for families of children and young people aged 0 to 25 with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND).

Are you:

• A parent or carer of a child or young person with SEND living in Slough?
• Interested in having your voice heard in the design, development and improvement of services that affect your family?
• Curious about how parent carer forums influence decisions locally, regionally and nationally?
