We’re inviting all parents and carers of children and young people with SEND in Slough to join us for relaxed, drop-in co-production days. 9th & 10th  December 9.15am - 4pm.

We’ll be talking about the things that matter most to Slough SEND families, including:

• EHC Plans & Annual Reviews
• Preparation for Adulthood (PfA) & Transitions
• Graduated Approach – Education
• In-School Support – What CYP & Parents Need From Schools

Professionals from the Local Authority, Health, Education, Contact & Brighter Futures Together will be there to listen and support the conversations.
